By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
GENERAL
- I, the artist, do not condone the altering of the commissioned work, especially not for malicious or disrespectful intent under any circumstances.
- Upon commissioning me you agree that you've read and agree to the TOS.
PAYMENTS
Full payment upfront is necessary for all commissions under $100. Any commission over $100 can be paid half up front and half after completion. I will only accept payments via PayPal Goods and Services!
REVISIONS
- Changes after a commission is completely finished will not be made.
- Client will always receive multiple rough drafts. I will resend a draft with changes made up to 5 times free of charge.
- Revisions are allowed up to 5 times in the sketch phase, 3 times in the lineart phase, and none in the coloring phase other than to change the colors.
- Please make any and all changes clear and not focus on one small detail each revision. I need to know the full scope of your request as you may use up all your free revisions focusing only on one thing.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- General wait time is between one (1) day to one (1) month after client has been notified when I've started. Please note that varying issues may affect the wait time. These issues include, but are not limited to: personal issues, complexity of commission, queue of commission, and work.
- If anything comes up that may delay the commission, the client will be notified immediately.
USE
- Character designs may be used commercially or non-commercially.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All publications of the commissioned work shall acknowledge that I, the artist, is the creator of the piece. I may use the work in my portfolio, (including, but not limited to, any website that displays my work). I, the artist, may also use the work to promote myself within any place or site, publish work, and display or post it online and offline. When asked, client may not seek to mislead others that the work was created by anyone other than me, the artist.REFUNDS
- There is no refunds after order has been submitted.
- No refund will be available unless I am unable to complete the illustrationsCOMMUNICATION
Work In Progress images are available upon request. I will try my best to provide updates when updates are available from sketch phase to base coloring phase.
